Do you have a fussy mum like mine? She isn't the sort of woman who loves beauty products or make up and isn't particularly fussed about bath products and as for clothes I wouldn't know where to start. So buying for birthdays or mothers days can be difficult and I'm always running out of ideas.
My mum does however like quirky presents but these can be hard to find. Especially around Mother's Day when shops are just full of flowers and teddies so when I noticed this company on twitter I knew that I have to include them in this mothers day feature because let's face it my mum isn't alone a lot of mums don't like toiletries, teddies or flowers so why not buy them something they will actually appreciate.
www.vinylclocks.com is a fab idea they make clocks out of old records which I knew would be right up my mums street she still listens to records. On the site you can choose from a wide range of singles and albums from music from the 1950's to 1990's from a large number of artists and bands. What's even better is if you can't find the clock that you want you can make a request to see if the company can track down the record you want or they may even have it but just haven't added it to their site yet.
The clocks come really well packaged and in perfect condition and look brilliant and they even come with batteries which not a lot of companies do so you don't have to remember to go out and buy some , what a totally stress free present and one any quirky mum would love. If I was you I would also keep Vinyl clocks in mind for Father's Day as I bet there would be quite a few dads who would love one of these to take pride of place on their wall.
